Harassment | On Sept. 1 in the Conway area, a female victim, 47, said she and her sister, 50, of North Myrtle Beach, had a verbal altercation after they had both been drinking and her sister did doughnuts in her yard with her vehicle.
The victim wanted a police report but did not want any criminal action taken against her sister.
