Bacon Bookmark Update

I first posted about the legend of bacon and books in a previous post. The kind person behind  www.bibliobuffet.com sent me this link, with an update on the bacon bookmark, written by Laine Farley.

The post features a range of bacon, food and odd bookmark stories, most of them being post2k and many from blogs.

While further expounding on this topic of wrong places for food I recall a story told by an art student. Senior portfolio review was coming up and students were being advised how to construct a clean, professional portfolio of work to submit for review and grading. A teacher said that once half a ham sandwich was found in a student portfolio.  Students were strongly advised against such an unprofessional inclusion.
